WHAT WOULD YOU LIKE TO DO?
Free Public Events
Join us on clear-weather public telescope evenings to look at planets, the moon, and more, or to see a planetarium show. We also hold special public events throughout the year.
Take a Workshop
We offer courses and workshops in various topics for beginners to experts, teens to adults. Some courses are suitable for a parent and child to take together. Get trained on machines, get your ham radio license, or learn how to build a guitar.
Join a Club
Individuals may join some clubs for a single, yearly price. Members may join any of our clubs for free. We offer clubs in Rocketry, FLL Robotics, Amateur Radio, Game Theory, and Space Science.
Become a Member
Members get discounts on many workshops, may join clubs for free, and may drop in to use the maker space during posted business hours. Individual memberships can be a 2-for-1 where a parent and child join together.
Become a Volunteer
Volunteers can be teens and adults who want to run an occasional workshop or mentor a club. People volunteer to lead tours during public events and open houses. Volunteers may join our Leadership Team.
Become an Intern
For qualified high-school and college age students there are internship positions where we train you and give you leadership opportunities to participate in public service or lead workshops.
Request a Group Visit
For Schools, Home School Groups, Scouts, meetups, private parties, or birthday parties, we offer educational STEM programs to meet your needs. Request a program to supplement your curriculum or help your scouts earn a merit badge.
Outreach Programs
We have hands-on programs and exhibits that can travel to your school, scout meeting, or STEM Fair, off-site workshops in electronics, robotics, rocketry, astronomy, and ham radio, and have a traveling 5-meter inflatable planetarium dome.
