Astronomy Workshop - Solar System 6:30-8:00 pm

Friday, Aug 28, 6:30-8:30 pm, we will focus on Earth's Moon, the names of full moons, and what distinguishes it from other moons in the solar system. We will examine how our moon rotates, revolves, and goes through phases, and how solar and lunar eclipses work. We will also examine the moon's geology and hold a rock from the moon.
We will hold single INTRO classes on the following dates:
Friday, July 17, from 6:30 to 8:00 pm.
Friday, July 31, from 6:30 to 8:00 pm.
Friday, Aug 28, from 6:30 to 8:00 pm.
Friday, Sep 11, from 6:30 to 8:00 pm.
