The 2-day, 4 hour a day, Space Rover Robotics Workshop is for students entering grades 4-6, led by high school students from Team Ultraviolet, Wellesley's award-winning FIRST robotics competition team! All proceeds go towards covering Team Ultraviolet's expenses in the coming year. No prior experience necessary!

LittleBits Workshop


Students will:

– Learn how to use electronic components while creating circuits

– Build a robot inspired by NASA space rovers that can drive, move its arm, and react to its environment

– Play challenge games cooperatively in teams with their creations

– Get an introduction to coding and the world of software

 

Rising 4th–6th graders

At New England Sci-Tech in Natick

Instructors are Team Ultraviolet students

Please bring a snack, an iPad*, and your curiosity!

*We will provide an iPad if you don't have one.

Saturday and Sunday, August 19-20, 12:30-4:30 pm each day
