Astronomy Workshop - Solar System 6:30-8:00 pm
About this event
Friday, July 31, 6:30-8:30 pm, we will focus on the outer planets such as Pluto and other ice worlds. We will examine various meteorites, and learn about comets, and explore what lies in the outer regions beyond Pluto! For a finale, we will freeze Liquid Nitrogen solid to recreate the surface of Pluto!
We will hold single INTRO classes on the following dates:
Friday, July 17, from 6:30 to 8:00 pm.
Friday, July 31, from 6:30 to 8:00 pm.
Friday, Aug 28, from 6:30 to 8:00 pm.
Friday, Sep 11, from 6:30 to 8:00 pm.
