Prep for the National Latin Exam, 8 Mondays, Jun 30 to Aug 18, 7:30-8:30 PM (Eastern Time), by ZOOM, $98, (Members $88). Jun 30, Jul 7, 14, 21, 28, Aug 4, 11, 18.
At the end of this course, students in grades 4-9 will be able to take the NATIONAL LATIN EXAM (NLE). For best chances of scoring high, it is recommended that students continue with the course for at least 3 terms or 24 classes.
This class is appropriate for anyone in grades 4 through 9 who have not yet studied Latin or are beginners.
You will also increase your vocabulary and learn some witty classic Latin phrases to try out on your friends. Carpe diem!
The course will help prepare you to score high on the National Latin Exam in given in early March. Last year three of our students got gold or silver medals on the exam, two of them got perfect scores!
